These terms and conditions may be executed in one or more counterparts, each of which will be deemed an original, but all of which together will constitute one and the same instrument.
These terms and conditions are in the English language and will be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon.
16. Oregon Consumer Protection Laws
In addition to the terms and conditions set forth above, your use of the subscription service is also subject to the Oregon Consumer Protection Laws. These laws provide you with certain rights, including the right to cancel the subscription within 3 days of purchase for any reason.
17. Services Included in Monthly Membership
The monthly membership includes access to the following services:
- All in-person workshops (16+ hours each month)
- Coffee, tea, and seltzer during the Saturday social and all workshops each week
- A free vegan muffin at every Saturday social and workshop
- Your name and socials promoted on our website (if requested)
- Dedicated gallery space at our events space to sell your art
- Access to any paid socials such as (but not limited to), LAN parties, movie nights, and other special events
- Monthly printing on-site
18. Limitations of Liability
We are not liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the subscription service, including, but not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This limitation of liability applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
These terms and conditions may be amended by us from time to time. The most current version of the terms and conditions will be posted on our website.

Membership Refund Policy
Refund Policy for the Monthly or Yearly Subscription service:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your subscription to our monthly or yearly memberships. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer the following refund policy:
Subscription Cancellation and Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of the current billing period. Once the billing period has ended, your subscription will be cancelled, and you will not be charged again. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.
Refunds for Technical Issues: If you experience technical issues with our service that prevent you from accessing it for a significant period of time, please contact our customer support team. If we are unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable timeframe, we may offer a refund for the affected subscription period.
Refunds for Dissatisfaction: If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact: firstname.lastname@example.org, within 5 days of your initial purchase. We may ask you to provide feedback to help us improve our service, but we will also offer a refund for the affected subscription period.
Please note that this refund policy applies only to subscriptions purchased directly from our website. If you purchased your subscription through a third-party vendor such as Meetup or Eventbrite, you will need to contact that vendor for their refund policy.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time. If we make changes to this policy, we will notify you by email or by posting a revised version of the policy on our website.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days based on your bank, credit card issuer, and WooCommerce’s refund policies.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your accounts, then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
All memberships can be refunded even if they were offered during a sale. The amount of the refund will equal the amount the subscription cost at the time it was ordered.
