DAY 1 EVENT AGENDA
Part 1 (Sat Nov 2nd) EVENT AGENDA
So, you may be asking yourself how the heck is this going to work?! What is the theme, what software are we using, etc. Let’s cover all that!
- When you RSVP, each artist will answer with what they are interested in focusing on (i.e. animation, backgrounds, concept art, audio, writing, etc.). And which hours/days they are available. And the theme.
- 1pm – 5pm Saturday: Meet at our events space. We will have a Magma collaborative canvas going and have a general social for everyone to pitch ideas and discuss. We will also be discussing software everyone is using, and what style we are going for (2d/3d/both, hand-drawn, color theory, etc.)
DAY 2 EVENT AGENDA
- 1pm – 5pm Saturday: Animation, editing, etc.
Final PREMIERE will occur at our private events space 2 weeks following the event. This is a rough schedule outline, we will do our best to keep to it but things will likely change as the event gets going. It will be fun, semi-organized chaos! Folks can also contribute art at any time in-between 9am Saturday to 9am Sunday both days (and polish their pieces inbetween sessions).

FAQ
- What if I don’t have a device can I still participate?
- Yes! We have a couple spare laptops, tablets, professional microphones, rendering workstation, etc. spare equipment is used first-come-first served. You can also bring your own device.
- How do I participate if I can’t join in-person?
- Although we have our Discord chat we have learned that the best way to do these workshops is in-person.
- Do I need to be an experienced artist to participate?
- Nope! All experience levels are welcome. The idea is not to create a ‘perfect’ piece. But to just have fun collaborating with others.
We will be hosting this meeting virtually (not meeting out of our private space today). To join our Discord please email daniel@digitaldabblers.com for an invite. Thanks!
